How much do products cost?
As an exempt customer, most products provided by the Map Service Center are free for your use.
Please contact the MSC Customer Service Department at 1-800-358-9616 to register as an exempt customer.
How can I easily download digital products from the Map Service Center?
The MSC has designed the Express Document Delivery (EDDie) website specifically for government and exempt customers.
To obtain access to EDDie, contact the MSC Customer Service Department at 1-800-358-9616.
Can I get product updates automatically?
We have a program which allows you to receive the most current revisions to maps automatically when they become available.
You may choose to receive the latest maps for the entire U.S., a state, or even a county.
We also offer subscriptions for CMAL (as received), FMSIS (monthly) and LOMC (bi monthly).

How can I view effective maps for a declared disaster area?
FEMA personnel and those contractors that are assisting these personnel in disaster assistance operations can use the MSC’s Express Document Delivery (EDDie) for Disasters online application.
This application is accessible at the following URL: http://edd.msc.fema.gov/disaster.
To obtain access to EDDie for Disasters users must contact the MSC at 800-358-9618.
What are the requirements for submitting new mapping materials to the MSC?
The MSC Deliverables Package guide was developed to help Mapping Partners assemble and complete all necessary forms and paperwork for submitting new mapping materials to the MSC for printing and distribution.
The guide is periodically updated to reflect changing program requirements.
It does not supersede any other documents created by FEMA for the purposes of creating mapping products (e.g., Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Partners).
