Apologies for the inconvenience but this site is temporarily offline for infrastructure upgrades through Sunday, October 27, 2024. FEMA will use this time to improve the capacity, security and reliability of our infrastructure.
While this site is offline, the FEMA Map Information eXchange (FMIX) is available by phone at 1-877-336-2627 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm ET Thursday through Sunday. The FMIX is also available via email at FEMA-FMIX@fema.dhs.gov on Thursday and Friday.
The FMIX can provide the following types of support while the systems are down:
- Respond to many general flood mapping and flood insurance questions.
- Provide Letter of Map Change status for cases active within 90 days of October 24, 2024.
- Confirm NFIP community participation status, flood map effective dates, and provide referrals to local floodplain administrators.
- Support disaster survivors by explaining the flood insurance claim process and connecting policyholders with their insurance provider.
- Provide basic instructions on how to access and use the Risk MAP systems after the outage.
For any other questions about this outage, please contact the Risk MAP CDS Change Management and Outreach team at fema-riskmap-outreach@fema.dhs.gov.

Thank you for your patience as we complete this exciting upgrade!
